Peer-to-Peer MultiplayerPlayers who are matched together using real-time player matching are "joined" together by the Manic API. This process will create peer-to-peer connections between all players, even when players are behind firewalls (firewall hole punching). More Details... |

Turn-Based Support - Online and OfflineThe Manic API provides extensive support for turn-based play. A real-time (online) turn-based game can transition to offline mode at anytime and offline games can switch back to online as needed. Player matching options for new, offline turn-based games include "public" games (anyone can join), "friend" games (only friends can join), and "private" games (only people who have been invited can join). Turn notifications are generated when players take their turns. Delivery of these notifications is customizable by the players and can include, APNS, email, Manic messaging, and more.
